■Project Functions This project is an automatic production line for wheel-side reducer shell series machining, which realizes unstacking, turning, drilling

■Scheme layout
The project consists of 4 CNC vertical lathes and automatic fixtures, 9 vertical plus automatic fixtures,
1 marking machine, 5 sets of GSK-RB165 robots and grippers,
1 set of control systems,
2 sets of visual guidance systems,
3 sets of guide rails, 5 sets, roller conveying line,
1 set of safety system, etc.;
■Process flow
1. Manually stop the blank stacking fork at the designated position.2. Robot A recognizes the stack of blanks: A sends the blanks to the CNC vertical lathe respectively.B Send the blank to the turning table, and send the blank to the CNC machine tool after turning over.C Send the OP10 process parts processed by CNC machine tools to the vision guide table.D
The robot performs a quick change of the gripper.
E Sends the partitions and pallets to the designated carriage.3. Robot B sends the process parts on the visual guidance platform to the vertical processing OP20 process, and sends the processed process parts to the turning table.4. Robot C sends the process parts to the vertical processing OP30 process, and sends the processed process parts to the assembly line.
5. Manually grab the tooling from the tooling recovery line for OP40 process assembly.
6. Robots D and E grab the OP40 process parts respectively, send the process parts to the vertical processing OP50 process, and send the processed OP50 process parts to the disassembly line.
7. Manually disassemble and reassemble the OP60.
8. Disassemble the end of the line for workpiece marking.
9. Robot E sends the marked workpieces to pallets for palletizing.Robot E sends the marked workpiece to the turning mechanism.Robot E delivers the partitions to the stack.
10. The production line prompts manual stacking and unstacking, and one stacking can satisfy the production line for 2 hours.
